To make sure that my emails don’t end up lost or ignored in your spam/promotion folders, please take ten seconds to add me to your contact list. It’s super-simple and here’s what you have to do if you aren’t familiar with adding contacts:

1. Hover your cursor over the sender’s name at the top of the email.

2. A pop-up will appear. Click ‘more info’

3. A panel will appear on the right. Click on “Add to Contacts” on the pop-up and you’re done!
