Join me for 8 days of laser-focused kite coaching with just 3 other kiters!
Every detail is taken care of to maximize your progression, comfort and enjoyment 🚀🌴
We’re staying at Quatro Coqueiros, a beautiful pousada run by my friends Herbert and Leticia—who care deeply about creating an amazing experience for riders.
The vibe is relaxed but refined, with air-conditioned rooms, a jacuzzi, pool, and super-fast wifi.
It’s the perfect place to unwind after big sessions.
We’ve got 2 coaches on the trip and I limit the clinic to 6 riders (with 2 coaches) so that we can give you the focus you need to achieve your goals.
You will get 2 hours of radio coaching every day and 1 hour of group video analysis.
Start the day with a big breakfast at 4CQ, followed by video analysis and theory.
After a light lunch and a quick stretch, we hit the beach for your afternoon coaching session.
We’ll drive straight onto the beach each day (3-5 minute drive from 4CQ), pump up right there, and get riding within minutes.
Evenings are for chilling—swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, or joining me for an optional calisthenics session.
As long as you’re riding independently (you can go upwind and you’re good enough to ride unsupervised), then there’s immense value in joining!
We’ll work on laying down strong fundamentals and achieving your goals. I can help you with big jumps, soft landings, heli loops, darkslides, board offs, kiteloops, etc. I’ll help guide you, but the path you take is up to you 🚀
The goal of this clinic is to bring passionate kiters together in a fun, collaborative environment to push our limits and grow—on and off the water.
We’ll progress as riders, challenge ourselves to learn new things, and maybe even walk away with life-long friendships.

I use BBTalkin radios so we can talk while you’re on the water—giving you exactly the feedback you need, right when you need it.
If you’ve got a helmet, I’ll clip the radio on. If not, no stress—I’ve got radio-ready caps for you to use.

Seeing yourself ride is one of the most powerful tools for progression.
We shoot in high-resolution 4K and slow motion, so we can break down every detail of your technique and figure out exactly what needs tweaking to help you level up.
Plus, you’ll walk away with sick clips and a personalized video edit to remember the trip.
Kiting all day means you’ll need proper fuel—and we’re eating like kings.
Every morning kicks off with an unreal breakfast at 4CQ: eggs any way you like them, Pão de Queijo (those legendary cheesy bread balls), crispy bacon, croissants, smoothies (blended by yours truly), yogurt, fresh-baked cakes, juices, and more. It’s honestly the highlight of my day 😂
Lunch is casual. You can order off the 4CQ menu or have something light prepared to eat during a break at the beach.
Dinner is when we go all in. Most nights we’ll eat at 4CQ—think picanha steaks, burger nights, local Brazilian dishes cooked by their chef, and hearty sides. A few evenings, we’ll head to the best local spots: grilled seafood at Raízes do Mangue, sushi or pizza in town, and Casa Uca, an upscale spot with a killer menu and gorgeous setting.
Whatever your vibe—meat, seafood, veggie, or vegan—you’re going to eat seriously well.
There are a few epic spots on the island. We’ll spend our time between 2 or 3 of them.
The water’s warm, we’ve got plenty of flat water and the occasional small kicker.
I give it 95% chance that we will get to kite every day, without fail. We might need to have some hours on the bigger kites (12m or 13.5m), which would actually be great for progression. Please consult the below table to see what kites you should bring.
These sizes are assuming you are riding a bow/delta kite (CORE XR, Duotone Rebel/Evo, Naish Pivot, Ozone Edge, North Orbit).
If you are riding a more C-shaped kite like a GTS, Nexus, Dice, etc. then you can add 1 meter to the sizes you see below.
| Intermediate kiter | Expert kiter | |||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small (<70kg) | Regular (70–85kg) | Large (85kg+) | Small (<70kg) | Regular (70–85kg) | Large (85kg+) | |

Getting to Guriu is simple—we’ll arrange your private airport transfer at any time that suits you.
The best airport to fly into is Jericoacoara (JJD), just 1 hour from Guriu. The easiest route is to connect via Fortaleza (FOR) or São Paulo (GRU), then take a short domestic flight to JJD.
Can’t get a flight to JJD? No problem—Fortaleza (FOR) is your next best option. It’s a 4.5-hour drive, and we’ll have a driver with a comfortable, air-conditioned car waiting to collect you.
I bring extra XR’s and bars to my clinic so you can see what all the fuss is about. I’ve heard people say that great riders could even shred on an IKEA bag, but that simply isn’t true. We’re talking about highly technical, aerodynamic wings at the end of the day and some of them are simply better than others. CORE is not the only great kite out there, don’t get me wrong. I’ve enjoyed riding other kites, but I choose to ride CORE because I’ve found the performance and the quality of the gear beats everything else I’ve ever ridden. If you’re looking to ride the best gear, I’m happy to give you the opportunity! I still ask that you bring all your own gear, as there is limited demo gear available and we have to share.

Secure your place in the clinic today with a $2,000 deposit.
The remaining $3,995 is due 1 week from now.
The clinics sell out fast, so I release tickets at a set time to give riders around the world a fair shot at grabbing a spot when they go live. ⏰🌍
Sorry! The clinic is fully booked. Please join my waiting list. My waiting list is the first to get notified when a clinic becomes available.
As long as you are able to ride independently and you aren’t a total beginner, you will find immense value in joining the clinic.
You can check in 1 day early or check out 1 day late (subject to availability). It’s $175 per extra night, including breakfast.
There’s fantastic WiFi at 4CQ! It’s good enough for big downloads/uploads, video calls, streaming etc.
We’ve also got 4G cellular.
You can cancel any time before making the final payment and receive a full refund. The final payment is due 1 week from when you book the trip.
If you cancel after making the final payment, I will attempt to sell the spot. If I manage to sell it (after selling any remaining spots I have), I will give you a refund (less credit card fees). If I am not able to sell it, then I can’t offer a refund.
Unfortunately I can’t offer a more flexible cancellation policy without exposing myself to too much risk. Thanks for your understanding.
Cancellations do happen from time to time and I’ve always managed to sell the spot and refund my guests, but it’s not a guarantee.
It’s a 3-5 minute drive and we’ve got 2 cars for flexibility.
Most guests do not require a visa or e-visa to enter Brazil.
U.S. citizens need a visa to enter Brazil starting April 10, 2025. You can apply online for an e‑Visa at brazil.vfsevisa.com. It’s valid for multiple entries over 10 years, and allows 90 days per year in Brazil. Processing takes about 5 business days. Apply early to avoid delays.
Most expenses are already covered in the trip, but I suggest having a bit of cash or credit card on you in case you want to purchase some things when we’re in town.
The standard mains voltage in Oman is 220V. These are the plugs they use:
